We are shipping from our fulfillment center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Processing time is 1-3 days business days.

Depending on which shipping method you choose at checkout, your items will arrive 4-8 days after being processed.

If damaged or lost buyer should contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL) and file a claim online. We do recommend shipping your items with priority mail or UPS Ground since these are automatically insured (100$). If you choose to send your package with USPS first class mail, these packages won’t be insured.

Once package is passed to the carrier (USPS/UPS/DHL), Brow goat LLC can not take responsibility for the package if it's missing/lost or damage/broken.
